PABA RE Constructions was founded by Jim Yu, a civil engineering graduate of the University of New South Wales with more than a decade of hands-on experience in Sydney’s construction industry, working across industrial, residential and commercial projects.
Having grown up in Sydney’s south after migrating from China as a child, Jim built the company around the values his community showed him: honesty, hard work and genuine care for the people you serve. That means one accountable partner, clear communication and real control over quality, cost and program.
Today PABA RE operates certified ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 health & safety management systems — engineering rigour applied to every estimate, every schedule and every site we run.
